The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the case has been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' on 12.05.2017 and a final report is also filed in the Cr.No.293 of 2016 of Commissionerate, Cyberabad, which crime is related to this quash petition.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to impugn as per procedure if aggrieved.
