Petitioner, who is A1 in NDPS SC No.102 of 2018 on the file of the I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail.

2. The earlier bail application filed by the petitionerA1 was dismissed by this Court on merits, with a direction to the learned I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, to dispose of S.C.No.102 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order vide order, dated 28.10.2019 in Crl.P.No.5858 of 2019. No new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioner to entertain this application. 3.
