This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in C.C.1346 of 2010 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. Smt Naseeb Afshan, learned counsel for petitioners, represented that the matter is still pending before the Police and she had no information about the compromise, as contended by the Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana reported that this matter was compromise and the crime was closed and he also submitted a Letter to the Registry to list this matter under the caption ' infructuous' on the ground that this matter was closed due to compromise.

In view of the representation made by the Public Prosecutor about closure of the crime, no further adjudication is necessary. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
