THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.24768 of 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) The averments in the writ affidavit disclose that the petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.23738 of 2018 on the same cause of action. The said writ petition was dismissed by this Court on 11.07.2018 on merits. No liberty was sought by the petitioner at that stage nor was it granted by this Court permitting filing of a fresh writ petition on the same cause. The very presentation of this writ petition therefore amounts to an abuse of process.

On this short ground, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
