Mercy Vijaya, learned counsel representing Dr.P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Earlier, Dr.P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel, addressed letter dated 18.02.2018 to the Registry making the same request. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 23.07.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
