HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 27731 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of respondents 1 and 2 and their officials in interfering with the manufacturing, production, sale and direct distribution of Organic Fertilizers namely City Compost, Vermi Compost, Press mud on the brand name of VIJAYA GROMIN produced by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and contrary to the proceedings No.8-3/2006 Org. Farming dated 11.03.2008 issued by the third respondent and further direct respondents 1 and 2 and their officials not to interfere in any manner with the production, sale and direct distribution of product namely, VIJAY GROMIN produced by the petitioner and marketed through its direct marketing staff and to pass orders......"

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the Writ Petition with regard to Press mud is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in Writ Petition No.13717 of 2014, dated 07.07.2014. A copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is also submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that so far as the City Compost and Vermi Compost are concerned, his client has obtained licence from the concerned authorities. In view of the above submissions, and following the judgment of this Court referred to above, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the activity of the petitioner in respect of Press mud.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. ------------------------------------
