...RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition under Section 482 of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant the Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner herein in the event of his arrest in Crime. No. 265 of 2024, pending on the file of P.S. Narayanaguda. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the [Vlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Syed Jaweed Abbas Nadeem, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri M. Ramachandra Reddy, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

The Court made the following: ORDER

He further submits that the investigation in the case is in progress and hence, prayed to dismiss the petition' 6.

Having heard both sides and on perusal of the material' since serious allegations are levelled against the petitioner, as the investigation is still pending and charge sheet is not filed, this Court is ofthe considered view that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner/accused No.5 is at liberty to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application, in which event, such application may be considered preferably on the same day and pass appropriate orders on merits.
