THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2351 of 2012

ORDER :

The petitioner is a Poojari/Archaka of Naga Devatha Putta at Sri Gidde Perumandla Swamy Temple, Rampur, Karimnagar. Apprehending that petitioner is sought to be removed from the post of Poojari/Archaka of the said temple and 5th respondent is sought to be posted in the place of petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

2. This Court by order dated 01.02.2012 directed the respondents to continue the petitioner in the same post until further orders.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the 5th respondent states that in pursuant to the interim order of this Court, petitioner is retained in the same post and 5th respondent is not performing the duties of Poojari/Archaka of the subject temple. It was only an apprehension of the petitioner and that the 5th respondent was brought to the subject temple for performing special poojas on special occasions and he is no way concerned with the subject temple.

4. Having regard to the same, the interim order granted earlier is made absolute and the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs.
