Mr.J.Seshagiri Rao, having regard to the subsequent developments, submits that the prayer in the revision against the docket order in I.A.No.1039 of 2011 in O.A.No.29 of 2010 need not be considered, for the petitioner has already delivered possession pursuant to auction conducted by the Endowments Department. Placing the statement on record, the revision is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
