This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment by the petitioners of the house bearing Nos.12-83 & 12-84 of Basar Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, without taking recourse to the land acquisition or requisition proceedings, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 20.12.2019, while denying the allegations made in the writ affidavit, submits that the 2nd respondent never interfered with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house of the petitioners, nor tried to dispossess the petitioners from their possession. It is further stated that the 2nd respondent is not concerned with the above issue and it is also stated that no complaint is received regarding the above issue from any individual.

Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the 2nd respondent, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
