Heard. With the consent of both counsel the Writ Petition is disposed of.

After completion of the enquiry on the charges leveled against the petitioner, a showcause notice dated 01.02.2018 was issued calling upon the petitioner to submit his explanation. On 24.03.2018 petitioner submitted his explanation and in the said explanation in Paragraph 'f' he sought for certain documents and to reserve his right to file detailed explanation after the documents sought by him are supplied. Alleging inaction on the said request and challenging the said showcause notice, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Standing counsel, on instructions, submits that even though petitioner was asked to appear before the competent authority for verification of documents, he has not appeared and since the documents are not yet verified, no further steps could be taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a date is fixed, the petitioner would go and verify the documents sought by him, if the said documents are made available. 5.

According to learned Standing counsel, the Project Director, A.P.State Housing Corporation, Ltd., Guntur is competent authority in whose custody the records will be available and if petitioner appears before him the relevant records will be shown to him.

Having regard to the above, the Project Director, A.P.State Housing Corporation Ltd., Guntur, is directed to make available all the records sought by the petitioner before 12.09.2018. The petitioner shall appear before the Project Director, A.P.State Housing Corporation Ltd. Guntur, on 12.09.2018 at 11.00 a.m. On appearance of the petitioner, all the documents sought by him shall be furnished. For any reason the documents are not furnished, the reasons must be assigned and communicated to the petitioner. It is also open to the petitioner to file additional explanation after receiving of the documents within one week from the date of receiving of the documents. If explanation is filed by the petitioner within one week from the date of furnishing of the documents, the competent authority shall consider the explanation already submitted and the additional explanation that may be filed and pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons in support of the decision within four (4) weeks thereafter. 7.
