HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.1816 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.D.Pochaiah for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 02.04.2018 in W.P.No.24682 of 2017. The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 09.08.2018. The relevant portion of the written instructions reads as follows :- " In this regard, it is to submit that the revision petition in file No.B2/ 761/ 2017 is posted for final hearing on 18.08.2018 and after hearing the final arguments, the orders of the Hon'ble High Court will be complied within fortnight."

By accepting and placing the written instructions on record, the Contempt Case is closed.
