HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.28138 OF 2019 ORDER:

Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the suspension order.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the suspension order dated 03.12.2019. It is needless to say if the petitioner prefers an appeal within two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
