1. This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent concerned not to declare the result of the theory and practical examinations of M.D. Hospital Administration Course for the year 2013.

2. Perused the material available on record.

3. The present writ petition was filed in the year 2013. No interim was passed by this Court earlier. Further, three academic years were already over. Therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
