- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1956 OF 2015 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel represent that the 4th respondent in W.P.No.25910 of 2015 filed W.P.No.19807 of 2016 and obtained an order of status-quo.

As the status-quo is granted in favour of the 4th respondent, against whom the order passed in W.P.No.25910 of 2015 is sought to be enforced in this contempt case, it cannot be said that the respondent-Municipality has committed contempt of the order of this Court warranting initiation of contempt proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to institute fresh contempt case if adverse orders are passed against 4th respondent in W.P.No.19807 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
