This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner / Al questioning the registration of crime on 17 .O2.2O19 for the offences under Sections 417, 42O of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act 2.

None appears for the petitioner.

The case was registered in the year 2019. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed. The status of investigation is not known. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep this petition pending.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed off grarting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if cause survives. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
