Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and in the order dated 16.10.2023 in CRL.P.No.10155 of 2023 the paragraph No.5 (i) shall be read as: 'The petitioner/accused No.1 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda'.

Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.
