THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.5522 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that no action is taken by the respondents - Police, particularly the 3rd respondent, in spite of the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.07.2014.

Learned Counsel Pleader for Home has received instructions from I Town Police Station, Bheemavaram, West Godavari District, which show that no such complaint is received as claimed by the petitioner and if and when such complaint is received, Police would take appropriate action in accordance with law. Apparently, the petitioner has not filed any acknowledgement of her complaint said to have been filed. Hence, no directions can be issued to the respondents - Police. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh complaint, if any cause of action exists. With the liberty aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
