THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1791 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 18.09.2017, in W.P.No.31694 of 2017, whereby and whereunder this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the explanation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that, even before passing of the order in the Writ Petition, the explanation of the petitioner was considered and orders were passed. But, after the order passed in the Writ Petition, again the case of the petitioner was considered and proceedings, dated 28.09.2018, were issued. As such, the order in the Writ Petition is complied with.

The proceedings, dated 28.09.2018, are placed before this Court. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law.
