Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana appearing for respondents 1 to 7. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondents 8 to 13. 3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.7 in taking any action against respondents 8 to 13 pursuant to the complaint dated 05.06.2017, in spite of the repeated visits as being illegal and arbitrary, consequently, direct respondent No.7 to forthwith act upon the complaint dated 05.06.2017 and take action against respondents 8 to 13 in accordance with law. 4.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that since the action now sought is against four police stations, it is quite erroneous and illegal to direct all police stations to register the crime basing on the same action.
