O R D E R

Alleging that 2nd respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Punganur Police Station, Chittoor District, is interfering with the civil dispute, offending the life and liberty of the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that the son of the 1st petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.4 approached the 2nd respondent and filed complaints against each other and the same were entered in General Diary and on enquiry, it was found that the subject matters in both the complaints was civil in nature and therefore, they were accordingly advised to seek redressal before a competent civil court and to this effect, entry was made in General Diary on 16.07.2018. It is further stated that this respondent never interfered with the civil dispute, offending the life and liberty of the petitioners. In view of the above statement, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and the life and liberty of the petitioner, except by following due process of law.
