This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent-Deputy Tahsildar (Enforcement), Nirmal, Bhainsa

(In-charge), Adilabad District, in seizing the stock of rice and wheat pursuant to the panchanama conducted on 30.07.2015 and the consequential order of the second respondent-Collector (CS), Adilabad District, dated 04.08.2015 directing the fourth respondentTahsildar, Bhainsa Mandal to dispose of the seized stock. Admittedly, proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act are pending before the second respondent. The present writ petition is filed for release of the stock, but by the time of filing of the writ petition itself, an order was passed by the fourth respondent on 24.08.2015 allotting the seized stock to 34 dealers. In the circumstances, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
