Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that the LRS application filed by it, to regularize house plot Nos.89 and 90 to an extent of 1000 Square yards in Sy.No.844/1 of Malkajgiri Village, Ranga Reddy District, is not considered so far. Hence, this writ petition.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel produced a copy of the order dated 30.05.2018, wherein the application of the petitioner for regularization was rejected. 4.

Petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.985 of 2019. The writ petition was disposed of on 23.01.2019, observing that it is open to the respondents to expeditiously dispose of the LRs application of the petitioner therein.

The said fact was not disclosed when the said writ petition was taken up. Therefore, the Court disposed of the writ petition in the above terms. Even now, petitioner pleads ignorance of the order of rejection and claims that the application has to be considered and the order be passed before the end of December, 2019.

Since the application of the petitioner was already rejected, no direction can be issued for consideration of the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
