wp_45726_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Seeking production of Chikoti Srinivas (hereinafter referred to as 'the detenu') into Court, his wife has filed the present Writ Petition for issue of Habeas Corpus.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (T.S.) submitted that F.I.R.No. 271 of 2016 was registered against the alleged detenu on 21-12-2016 by the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, that the alleged detenu was arrested on 25-12-2016 and produced before the jurisdictional magistrate on 26-12-2016 and that he was remanded to judicial custody. 3.

In the light of the above facts, which remained undisputed, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for giving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies for the release of the alleged detenu. 4.

In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. ________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
