Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners had made application on 09-12-2016 to 2nd respondent for issuance of Occupancy Rights Certificate in respect of the subject land under the provisions of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the said application within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the said application within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
