Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 18.4.2013 to the 5th respondent, but no action has been taken on the said representation even after lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is made, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law. 3.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 5th respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.4.2013 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
