HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12379 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the removal order passed by respondents through proceedings No.P1/1(13)/2003-RZL, dated 04.06.2003. This Court granted interim order on 27.06.2003 vide WPMP No.15399 of 2003, whereunder, removal orders were suspended. Subsequently, interim order was made absolute on 06.12.2004.

Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that petitioner continued in service as per the interim orders and later retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
