When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available in law. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that extent. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
