THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1602 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the issuance of summons in C.C.No.148 of 2012 on the file of the I Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Proddatur.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court expressed a view that how the revision is maintainable against the issuance of summons. At that stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
