Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh criminal petition. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
