THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Appeal No.660 of 2012 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri S.Ravi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.TRANSCO, would agree that this appeal arises out of an order passed in W.P.No.16867 of 1999 which formed part of a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.14921 of 1999 and batch dated 22.09.2008; the order of the Learned Single Judge in W.P.No.14921 of 1999 and batch dated 22.09.2008 was set aside by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.87 of 2011 and batch dated 23.06.2016; and in view thereof, the order under appeal is also liable to be set aside, W.P.No.16867 of 1999 is required to be restored to file, and listed along with the batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.14921 of 1999 and batch.

Following the order of the Division Bench in W.A.No.87 of 2011 and batch dated 23.06.2016, and in terms thereof, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of. W.P.No.16867 of 1999 is restored to file and shall be listed along with W.P.No.14921 of 1999 and batch. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
