This petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A9, in Crime No.285 of 2013 on the file of Toopran Police Station, Medak District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 427, 447 and 506 r/ w 34 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the case was referred as Civil in Nature on 30.06.2014. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
