This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.2 against the order dated 24.01.2011 passed by the VII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.P.No.245 of 2009 in O.S.No.1362 of 2004. None appears for the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/decree holder states that in pursuance of the interim orders granted by this Court on 27.04.2011, the matter was settled between the 1st respondent and the petitioner.
In view of the same, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
