THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4763 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.6 of 2011 on the file of the Station House Officer, Razole Police Station, East Godavari District.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, police referred the matter as civil in nature.

A perusal of the record also reveals that the investigating officer referred the matter as civil in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
