THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26445 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in installing a 200 KV electric transformer bearing No.200278304 on the northern side of the petitioner's house and sought a consequential direction to the respondents to remove the same.
3. After filing of the writ petition, it is represented by both the counsel that the transformer was shifted to some other place, but the base/foundation for the transformer remained. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that they will take necessary steps for demolition of the same also.

In the circumstances, recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. It is needless to state that the respondents shall take necessary action in this regard, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
