ORDER:

Petitioner states that he is the son and successor to his mother, Pingali Satyamma, who was owner of an extent of Ac.3.26 guntas of land in Sy.No.402 of Pedagopavaram village, Yerrupalem Mandal, Khammam District. Petitioner further states that his mother was holding pattadar pass book and title deeds but she unfortunately died on 27.09.2012 and since then, he is making request for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in his favour. Alleging inaction on the part of the third respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. It is seen from the record of the writ petition that the petitioner has neither produced legal heir certificate nor has applied for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds in accordance with the Rules framed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioner seeks grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds, he must make appropriate application under Form VI(A) by paying requisite fee along with proof of being legal heir to his mother and then only his application can be considered. Hence, giving liberty to the petititoner to apply accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
