THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.28143 OF 2019 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are the absolute owners and possessors of house bearing No.23-98/3, constructed on plot bearing Nos.172 to 173, totally admeasuring 798 square yards, situated at Madhuranagar, Shamshabad Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, filed the present Writ Petition anticipating threat of demolition of their property, without any notice, from the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submitted that if the property of the petitioners is required for any public purpose, they will follow due process of law.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due process of law before taking any action against the property of the petitioners. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. No costs.
