This Writ Petition is filed alleging that illegally power supply is disconnected to the petitioner's brick manufacturing unit located over an extent of Acs.7.24 guntas in Survey Nos.247 and 248 of Rachalur Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 3.

Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 07.12.2016, the power supply connection to the petitioner's brick manufacturing unit is restored.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, it is needless to observe that petitioner shall be provided power supply as long as he pays electricity charges regularly and does not commit any other illegality. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
