HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4429 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.160, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.179 of 2013 of Renigunta Urban Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 307, 332, 333, 120-B, 396, 397, 149 I.P.C. read with Section 20(1)(c)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v) (vi)(x) of A.P. Forest Act.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/accused No.160 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 20-01-2015 in Criminal Petition No.16594 of 2014. Even though the petitioner is accused No.160, as it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the trial is likely to be completed and it is posted for Section 313 Cr.P.C. examination, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/accused No.160.
