When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is no trade licence in favour of R.5 and there is no building permission to the subject premises and in the absence of the same, no permission for shifting can be granted and that by the time the representation was made, this information was not available.

In view of the same, keeping it open for the petitioner submit a representation, afresh, enclosing all the documents, for consideration of the official respondents herein, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
