The petitioner, who is the absolute owner and possessor of Plot Nos.94 and 95 in Sy.No.334, situated at Chandanagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, filed the present Writ Petition anticipating threat of demolition of tin sheds raised in the aforesaid plots, without any notice, from the respondents. 2.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, upon instructions, submitted that the respondents have already issued a show cause notice to the petitioner and they will proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit his explanation to the show cause notice issued by the respondents. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the respondents seeking permission for the tin sheds in question within a period of two weeks from today, and on receipt of such application, the respondents shall pass orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. Till orders are passed, the respondents shall not interfere with the tin sheds of the petitioner. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
