THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8298 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.185 of 2019 on the file of Zaheerabad Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 302, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 149 IPC and Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(r)(s) of the SCs & STs (POA) Amendment Act, 2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1State and perused the record. 3.

This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. The earlier application filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail viz., Criminal Petition No.7292 of 2019 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.1.2019. There are no change of circumstances as of now.

In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned positively by 17.01.2020 and file an application for bail. On such surrender and filing of application, the court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after giving due notice to the learned Public Prosecutor.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
