O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities in conducting investigation in FIR. No.561 of 2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the accused in the above said crime, approached this court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and by order dated 5.7.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.6936 of 2018, stay of all further proceedings was granted for a period of two months.

In view of the same, this court cannot direct the respondents to proceed with the investigation. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
