THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.244 of 2015 ORDER :

Learned Standing counsel produced a copy of the letter dated 01.10.2015 issued by the Commission on the Prerogative of Mercy, Office of the President, Republic of Mauritius, reducing the sentence imposed on the husband of the petitioner and he was directed to be released on 10.01.2016. The said letter is taken on record.

2. In view of the same, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
