THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24713 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Transport and Roads and Buildings. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for release of the subject vehicle, petitioner herein made an application on 02.07.2018 before the second respondent but no action has been taken so far.
On the other hand, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that no such application has been received so far.
On hearing the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a fresh application will be made by the petitioner herein immediately and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent authorities.
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such application is made, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an application afresh, within a period of three days from today, and, if any such application is made, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with
law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
