This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandumus by declaring action of the respondents No.1 to 2 in issuing the impugned memo bearing No.

Dir(HR)/CGM(HR)/DGM(HR)/P0G/ 109/ 2014, dated 06-02-2015 placing the petitioner at SL No.at 10 repatriating him from TSGENCO to APGENCO is

illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violating the Schedule Area of Agency Law and quash the same for petitioner concerned; consequently direct the respondents No. 1 & 2 and 4 to retain the petitioner in TS GENCO by considering the nativity and original ancestor place of the petitioner."

Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 29-102015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 25-02-2015, is vacated and WPMP.No.5588 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
