THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3620 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in frequently calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening to pay the amounts to respondent No.6. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that one Sri Racha Bixapathi lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was registered as Crime No.88 of 2017 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District and investigation is under progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. However, during the course of investigation, the police shall not harass the petitioner.
