The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in opening a rowdy sheet against the petitioner, vide impugned proceedings C.No.282/SDPO-T-/VKB/2017, dated 04.08.2017, and continuing the same without closing.

Heard Mr.S.Satyam Reddy, learned Senior Counsel representing Ms.K.V.Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 3.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities are continuing the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner, even after lapse of two years mechanically without assessing whether the petitioner's activities warrant continuation of rowdy sheet or not. 4.
Insofar as continuation of rowdy sheet against the petitioner is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to approach the authorities by making a representation seeking for revocation of rowdy sheet by offering explanation. At this stage, learned Senior Counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to make a representation to the respondents concerned. If such representation is made, the authorities shall consider and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 5.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
