Nakki Reddy Ramchandhra Reddy v. The Government Of India, Represented By The
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.30351 OF 2010 ORDER:
On 23.09.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the sole petitioner died and thereafter, the matter was adjourned twice to take steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner as parties. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to implead them as parties to the writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and it is left open to the legal representatives of the petitioner to file an application in case they intend to prosecute the matter. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J March 12, 2015.
