Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. V. Ravinder Rao for respondents 2 and 3 and Mr. N.V. Subba Raju for respondent No.4.
2. The relief sought for by the petitioner is primarily against respondents 2 and 3 on the ground that they are not returning the bank guarantees furnished though the contract is concluded.
It is asserted by all the learned counsel that the bank guarantees have, admittedly, expired on 27.07.2015 and are not any more enforceable.
3. Learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 states that respondents 2 and 3 would return the bank guarantees as per procedure. Hence, petitioner is at liberty to approach respondents 2 and 3 for return of the bank guarantees.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J August 13, 2015
